THANK YOU FROM FR. JOHN!  My Dear Friends in Jesus Christ, it was truly wonderful to have been invited back to celebrate a final Mass of Thanksgiving last Sunday.  I would like to thank Fr Adrian and the whole parish community for your great kindness and hospitality, it was lovely to see so many of you at the 11.00am Mass, I felt very humbled.  My thanks to Sue & Ferdi and both choirs for the lovely music, and all the servers who turned up. Special thanks to all those who helped to prepare the reception immediately after the Mass, it was so nice to have the opportunity to speak to so many of you.  Thank you, Iain, for your very kind word and presentation of a very generous cheque from the whole parish community, your generosity has always amazed me, Thank you!  Finally, just to reiterate what I said last week, it was truly a great honour and privilege to have been your Parish Priest for twenty-one years; you will always hold a very special place in my heart. Please keep me in your prayers, and if you are in Brentwood please don’t hesitate to drop in for a cup of tea.

With Love & God Bless

Fr John
