REVEREND FRANK WESTCOTT’S ORDINATION:
Reverend Frank will be ordained to the Sacred Priesthood here at St. Edmunds on Saturday 22 June at 11:30. After Mass there will be a buffet reception. All are welcome.
Reverend Frank will celebrate his first Mass at 11:00am on Sunday 23 June. Again, all are welcome.
Both of these Masses are a wonderful celebration for our parish and the diocese. Please keep Reverend Frank in your prayers as he makes his final preparations for ordination.
ORDINATION COLLECTION: There will be a second collection this weekend for the benefit of Rev. Frank Westcott who will be ordained a priest on 22nd June, 2024 at 11:30am. DAY FOR LIFE COLLECTION: will be after the masses this weekend of 15-16th June, 2024.
CHURCH CAR PARK – IMPORTANT
Please note, there will be no car parking available at the church Friday, Saturday and Sunday – 20, 21 and 22 June.
CHURCH CLEAN:
There will be a group Church clean on Thursday 20th June at 9:30am. Please note there will be no mass on this morning. We will be preparing the Church for Rev Frank Westcott’s Ordination on Saturday. All help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
SCOUTS: The Parent’s Committee for the 7th Epping Forest Scout Group invite you to a Bingo Fundraiser at St Edmund’s Hall on Saturday 29th June 2pm-4pm. £5 for 8 Bingo cards, Tea and Coffee. Homemade cakes available for purchase. All monies raised will go to supporting exciting activities for our Scout Groups in 2024.Tickets will be available after all masses weekend 22/23 June or contact us at 7ef.parcom@gmail.com.

YOUTH MASS: Thursday 4th July 2024, Brentwood Cathedral
Bishop Alan will celebrate Mass and commission all those travelling to Lourdes this Summer. Meet in the Parish Hall from 6pm for pizza, refreshments and a time to reconnect and relax with friends before the Summer. Mass in the Cathedral at 7:30pm. If you wish to sing, play an instrument, read or serve then please bring along your alb or instrument, and let us know as you arrive. Absolutely everyone is very welcome!
